Once upon a time……a Danish Viking was travelling for business around the world. One trip took him to Beijing , China . This Viking was to busy doing business that he didn’t realized what a wonderful country he have ended up in.

But one late evening he saw a young beautiful Chinese girl and they started discussing values, limitations and possibilities in life…..After some month the Viking and the Chinese girl started a close relationship. The Viking was enjoying his time in this new and exiting country but he missed the food from his part of the world. One thing lead to another and suddenly they opened a Scandinavian restaurant together in Beijing
