Indian food at the Taj Pavilioncomprises of Tandoori (Indian breads, meats and veggies grilled on charcoal in a typical Indian pot oven) and curries or rice dishes. The curries vary from spicy Vindaloos to mildly sweet Khormas. All curries are prepared with specially imported spices to give you the perfect blend of tastes and flavours, and Indian Basmati Rice is prepared by our experienced Indian Chefs.

The meat we serve is 'Halal Meat' suitable for Muslim consumption, and for the sweet tooth there is an extensive range of delicious Indian deserts. To keep you warm, you can try the Indian Masala Tea prepared with spices and ginger. Finally, the whole meal can be washed down with refreshing Indian 'Kingfisher Beer', or a Lassi, a homemade Indian yoghurt drink!
