What is a fonePoint?: A 'fonePoint' is the foneVillage discount unit. When you buy a membership you receive 1200 fonePoints, which allow you to receive 1200 RMB worth of discounts (not including the value of Gift Vouchers you redeem, which are not deducted from your fonePoint balance). When your account balance is used up, simply top up your account by visiting any one of our Venues and purchasing an updated Service Guide.

How do I receive the foneVillage SMS discount on my mobile?: Just like with a VIP card, but without the VIP card. Every partner Venue has a code. When you pay for your dinner, your spa, or whatever, just send an SMS with "Venue Code#Price" to 139-1107-9702. A few seconds later you will receive a SMS on your mobile phone authorizing your discount. Show the SMS to the venue staff and enjoy your discount!
How do I redeem my foneVillage Gift Vouchers?: To redeem any foneVillage Gift Voucher, simply send an SMS with "Venue_Code#g" to 139-1107-9702. Then, just follow the verification instructions in the reply from our system to collect your gift.
What is the foneVillage Rating/Comment System?: The foneVillage Rating/Comment System allows you to rate a foneVillage Venue anytime you use the foneVillage Service, using your mobile phone. The average rating and all user comments appear on the website, along with information about foneVillage Venues written by foneVillagers to foneVillagers - so you know you're getting honest feedback, not something a magazine editor was paid to write.
How do I Rate/Comment on a foneVillage Venue?: The foneVillage rating system is very simple. It goes from 1 to 5 stars (*), 5 stars being the maximum rating a venue can get. When you want to rate a foneVillage venue, send "rating*" to the foneVillage Service Number. For example, if you had a great time at venue 98, after receiving your discount SMS from foneVillage System, you simply reply with "5*". Your rating will then appear on the website page of venue 98.

To add a comment to your rating, simply write what you want to say after the "*". For example: "5*Best foot massage ever!"

To discourage abuse, you can comment once only per visit to a venue, and only on the last venue you visited.
Why rate a foneVillage Venue?: Well, you receive 10 extra fonePoints for every rating/comment, which gives you more discounts. Also, you contribute to building an honest user community with feedback by users and for users.
What if I lose my password?: Send "password" to 139-1107-9702, and the system will automatically send it to you.
What if I don't receive a discount SMS back?: The foneVillage system depends on the responsiveness of your phone provider. If you don't receive an SMS within 5 minutes, pay the full price, keep the receipt and contact us. We will contact the venue and manage the problem.
What if I need to change my mobile number?: No worries. Just Sign In with your previous phone number, then modify your phone number in myProfile.
